01 DIGITAL EVOLUTION
In 1996, we built our future with CRT monitors and plenty of creativity. Thirty years later, we look back on those machines with affection: their capabilities were limited, but they were enough to inspire us to imagine new possibilities.
Thirty years may not be a long time in the life of a company, but it is long enough to realise that, while some of us were programming our first digital platforms, many members of today’s team were still playing with Lego™ bricks on the living-room floor. Perhaps that is where our “digital evolution across generations” begins: the same creativity, now applied to systems, data and artificial intelligence.
02 DIGITAL R|EVOLUTION
In recent years, we have explored interaction with artificial intelligence in depth. We now integrate it into our digital projects, drawing on thirty years of experience developing online relational databases. Together, these capabilities help systems turn data and connections into practical digital transformation strategies. This goes beyond technology: it is a way of designing that is more ethical, sustainable and focused on real results.
Our digital R|Evolution is more than a gradual change. It creates a digital ecosystem that continually renews itself, bringing ethics and innovation together. Here, creativity meets data analysis, experience combines with the perspectives of new generations, and AI becomes a tool that serves people and businesses.

03 OUR STORY
Founded in 1996 by two professionals with backgrounds at Finsiel (information technology) and Armando Testa (communication), we began as MED ICT, now GRIPPI ASSOCIATI ICT. We were among Italy’s first businesses specialising in Information and Communications Technology, combining technical expertise with strategic creativity from the outset.
As early as 1997, we were working on pioneering projects: the first interactive CRM system for American Express business customers and an early platform for managing air travel at the F.A.O. in Rome. A year later, with Baxter Healthcare, we developed advanced CMS software for healthcare operations and a recruitment-matching CRM using relational databases, helping lay the foundations for the future of digital work.
In 2000, we developed online recruitment platforms for leading pharmaceutical companies including Angelini, Glaxo Smith Kline, Gilead Sciences and many others, anticipating the value of digital systems serving large numbers of users. In 2006, we extended our expertise through work with SO.G.I.N. and NUCLECO, managing multi-user platforms for nuclear facilities and research centres—a reflection of the trust we had earned in highly sensitive sectors.
From 2007 to 2022, we worked with public institutions, foundations, professional bodies and leading businesses across a range of sectors. These included the Fondazione Cannavò - FOFI, the Italian Ministry of Culture, Gammastone and ALI Antitrust Litigation Investment. This work helped us build a reputation grounded in practical solutions and results.
Since 2023, we have entered a new phase: applying artificial intelligence ethically and using data science to understand and strengthen digital projects. The establishment of ICOE in 2024, a study centre dedicated to innovation and communication, reinforces our commitment to culture and research.
In 2025, we entered the era of digital R|Evolution, with innovation, ethics and sustainability guiding every project.

04 STUDY CENTRE
For icoe, communication means much more than passing on information. It means listening, interpreting and making sense of the world with clarity and responsibility. Every word becomes a bridge between people, ideas and communities.
The centre researches and experiments with new forms of communication, with a particular focus on digital media and the relationship with the media industry. Its aim is to make communication an inclusive process that combines rigour and creativity.
icoe puts ethics at the heart of communication. Creating responsible, transparent content means contributing to a future in which information and participation are more than slogans: they are practical tools for collective growth.

05 DIGITAL PUBLISHING
We create digital magazines and online publishing projects for businesses and organisations, managing their technology, editorial content and search visibility. This brings us into daily contact with Google’s guidelines, evolving algorithms and the ongoing changes that affect content indexing and search rankings.
In 2019, we launched MED Yachting Magazine, an independent international digital magazine with no sponsors or advertising. Published in Italian, English and Spanish, it has become our permanent digital publishing laboratory: a place to test new solutions, assess Google’s guidance and improve the visibility of content through organic search.
Our work goes beyond theory. MED Yachting lets us observe directly how search engines interpret content, assess editorial and technological decisions, and measure their results over time. We run our tests on our own platform. The solutions that prove effective become part of the experience we bring to our clients.
